There are 3 failures here.

Two failures are Bug 116230 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=116230).  It is a problem in 
the test itself, and a fix has been committed this morning.

The other failure is Bug 116234 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=116234).  This failure has 
been going on for a week, and is only a problem in the test.  We are still 
trying to track down a way to make the test work.
