builds is rebuild until sucess, I have scheduled a rebuild for 2:30.

I tagged the two files with the right version. The
two fixes were properly 
released in the maintenance stream, but they didn't get the right tag when
I versionned the org.eclipse.jdt.core project. Everything should be back
to normal now.

The failures are due to regression tests for two bugs fixed in 3.1 
maintenance, but the two fixes have not been tagged with the right 
version.
I am investigating how this could happen. All other files are tagged 
properly.
