I have released the fix for the chkpii
errors in the Linux and Windows releng tests.  The path to the javadoc
in the doc plug-ins had to be modified in the ignored files list.  

Platform Core team, please update the
build.properties in org.eclipse.core.resources.macosx by adding the about.html
to the bin.includes list.
