We are currently not running the jdt
core tests on the Mac as these require a 1.5 jvm that we are currently
unable to install (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=69892#c24),
hence the missing files.  I will modify our build scripts to not flag
these files as missing.

The releng test failure on the Mac is
due to missing files in the org.eclipse.core.resources.macosx
fragment (an about.html at least).
