There was a problem with our Linux Junit
test machine which caused many of the Linux tests to not finish or have
many errors. We will be running a rebuild at noon without performance tests
since our build policy for maintenance builds is to rebuild until success.

There was also a test failure in org.eclipse.jdt.debug.tests_winxp
which is not a result of our test machine problems.
