[platform-releng-dev] reminder of today's build schedule

Monday May 9
I build every 4 hours starting  at 12:00 (noon) followed by a 4pm and 8pm build
All teams to send confirmation that their changes in HEAD have been released into an I build for the test pass.

Tues May 10
00:10 I build (final build toward M7/RC0 test candidate)
Test pass begins.
