The Ant Core test failure is a real
test failure but it is for a exotic use of Ant Core that is not used by
the Eclipse SDK (that I am aware of)
Working on fixing this problem via:
        Ant
1.6.3: InternalAntRunner.getTargets will fail with top level taskdefs (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=93348)

The Ant UI tests failures:
        One
is from my oversight in updating a test with the move to Ant 1.6.3. This
has been fixed.
        One
is a failure with testing the Ant debugger that is being investigated to
see if it is a test artifact or real bug

I do not believe any of these failures
should impact the usability of this build
