The JDT UI tests have been switched to using elapsed process time where appropriate.

All performance test contributors 
are asked to send confirmation that performance tests in perf_213, perf_30, 
perf_301, and HEAD have switched to using elapsed process time for summaries 
(fingerprints) and assertions.  Please send this confirmation as soon as 
possible, the 3.0 baseline testing scheduled for tomorrow will begin only after 
confirmation has been received from all teams.
