We believe the UI zoom test failures on GTK are due to the changes to the 
DnD tests.  These failures first occurred in the I20050218-1333 build, 
which was the first build where the tests ran with these changes. Although 
the zoom tests run before the DnD tests, ZoomTestCase.doSetUp does a drag.
The failure seems to be timing-dependent.  Sonia re-ran the tests several 
times.  They failed again on the regular test machine, but not on the 
performance test machine (which is slower).

Billy (who was hanging out on IRC), was kind enough to manually test the 
zoom behaviour on GTK (on a slow box), and it appears OK.
So either it's just a problem with the tests, or there may be some 
problems with zoom behaviour on fast GTK boxes.
We will investigate further.

We should not let this hold us up in declaring 3.1 M5.
