The build files get deleted after it
fails.  However, I think this was a temporary network issue that intermittently
occurs when we are checking out code from the repository. The current I
build has checked out that file sucessfully.

AFAICS, the feature.map file is OK and org.eclipse.jdt-feature/feature.xml
is in the repository (and has not been changed for a while).
Could the releng team please check the build machine?
