I have not heard of any plans to provide
this drop on eclipse.org.  As I mentioned previously, this is a PMC
decision.  Each time that the PMC decides to provide a new drop on
eclipse.org, they must first ensure  that there are resources available
to run the automated tests at regular intervals and resolve os-ws-arch
specific bugs.  A new drop will not be provided unless these criteria
are met.  I suggest opening a bug against platform-releng if you are
interested pursuing this and we can cc the PMC for comment.
