[platform-releng-dev] NPEs on Team>Commit with this weeks builds

When performing a Team>Commit, two
NPEs will appear in the log. No funtionality is affected so these exceptions
can be ignored. Also, the exceptions do not occur when committing from
the synchronoze view. Given that there is no lose of functionality, I am
not inclined to ask for a rebuild. However, I wanted to make everyone aware
since the exceptions will appear frequently for those who commit from the
