Likewise, we believe that the RCP test failures are problems in the tests 
themselves.  The build is useable, but we are continuing to investigate 
the problem to determine whether a rebuild is warranted.

The single UI test failure on windows (not the RCP tests), is due to a 
timing problem in the test itself.  It doesn't represent a problem with
