These are temporary files generated
during the build to generate the doc pdf.  I'll change the builder
to delete the files after they are used.

The files which cause the releng failures under Linux:

      org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv/toc.html
      org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv/topics_Reference.html
      org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv/topics_Samples.html

are neither inside the org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv project nor part of the
final drop. I assume they get temporarily generated during the build
process out of the corresponding *.xml files. The files look OK at a first
glance. Can someone from the releng or PDE build team comment what might
be
wrong with the source *.xml files.
