The CVS failures are due to a server
mis-configuration that was throwing off the test cases. The build is still
usable from a CVS standpoint. Also, the CS plugin has been updated to handle
the misconfiguration without failing tests (i.e. the problem is reported
by the server but does not affect command operation) and the server configuration
problem has been fixed so we should not see this failure in the future.
