I've made configuration changes on the
test repository and am rerunning the cvs tests.  However, the cvs
tests completed in the 8am integration build yesterday without any config
changes to the test repository. So it is a bit of a mystery why they failed
last night.

The CVS failures is due to a server error. The server is returning the
following error on a checkout: 

E cvs server: cannot open /root/.cvsignore: Permission denied

All the connection iformation looks correct. Perhaps the test repository
is not configured properly.
