Here is the 3.1 Milestone 3 build schedule
for next week

Monday Nov 1 08:00 EST - 3.1 M3 Warm-up build 
- this is just a warm up 
- rebuilds will only be run if there are compile errors, missing plug-ins
or the build is unusable.  (Same as the integration build rebuild
policy) 

Tuesday, Nov 2 - 3.1 M3 Test Candidate build
- 3.1 M3 build toward Test candidate at 12:10 am, 8 am, noon, 4 pm, and
8 pm builds if map files are updated 
- Midnight Integration builds will be in lieu of the nightly builds on
Tuesday and Thursday. 
- goal: a good build for the test pass on Wednesday
-The last chance to submit to the test
candidate will be the Tuesday 8pm build

Wednesday, Nov 3 (all day) - 3.1 M3 Test pass 
  - intensive 1-day test pass on 3.1 M3 candidate 

Thursday, Nov 4 - Build toward Milestone candidate 
-3.1 M3 build toward Milestone candidate with 12:10 am, 8 am, noon, 4 pm,
and 8 pm builds if map files are updated 
- for a rebuild, only team(s) requesting the rebuild need to recheck and
sign off (although they may request other teams to revalidate potentially
affected functionality) 
- goal: a milestone candidate for Friday 

Friday, Nov 5
-Final sanity check, all teams sign off, 3.1 M3 is released.
