For org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model_linux.gtk,

We suspect changes in the IPath to be responsible of this failure. We didn't
change anything in this test for a while. So there is no reason why the
path would not be absolute. John, could you please have a look at the JDT/Core
test?
