The JDT Debug UI has defined an action that has a definitionId set with
no corresponding keybinding or command declaration.

In this build this results in many, many error messages to the log.

We have removed the definitionId attribute from our plugin.xml, versioned
up and released the changes for the map. 
We would like a rebuild. 

If you wish to use the current build and don't want the log filled up you
can remove the definitionId for the Watch action on line 247 of the org.eclipse.jdt.debug.ui
plugin.xml, 
Remember to use -clean on restart.
