We'll still be running a rebuild at
noon to address the issue.  Currently the build displays red Xs for
all of the drops due to the compiler errors.  This leads the larger
eclipse community to assume that the build is not worth using. We'll run
another build so that it is immediately apparent that the build is useable.

The CVS compile errors are in test case code that was not intended to be
released to the integration build. The compile errors do not impact the
usability of the build.
