The I20040921-0800 build is OK for debug testing. We are aware of the
following problems (so far), that we want to address for M2, but they do
not prevent testing.

All teams are requested to provide a go/no-go status on one of today's
builds as the 3.1 M2 test candidate. Please provide the build number when
providing status. If you recontribute, you are asked to revalidate and
provide status.
