The JDT Core performance tests are only relevant for the 'performance'
target. They define a 'suite' target with 0 test. It looks like it is
interpreted as a DNF. Can the script be fixed to mark them as passing in
the case where 0 tests are defined ? Or should the 'suite' target be
removed from our test.xml ?
