We are still investigating solution
to the problem https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=72690, but
it affects only a specific scenario for stand-alone help.
Its is still a go from Help for RC1
and this week's test pass.

Just a reminder that all teams are asked to provide a no/no-go status on
this build for 3.0.1 RC1. 

I'm rerunning the help test that failed.
