The compile errors in CVS are due to
a changed API in UI that CVS should not be using (i.e. IDecorator is not
intended to the implemented by clients but CVS does). This error will only
affect decorators in the synchronize view so the build is still usable.
I have updated the code in HEAD so it now comiples and I have logged bug
72677 to remove the use of the interface in question from the CVS plugin.
