Well, it looks like today's build served
it's purpose in shaking out the build mechanism for any problems.  Indeed,
the map files were fetched from HEAD instead of from R3_0_maintenance.
 We are still investigating this foible and should have it fixed shortly.

We will run another build at 8 am EDT
tomorrow (Thursday) to pick up the correct version of the map files.  It
appears that many teams have already updated their contributions.

I released the team.map file on the R3_0_maintenance branch before noon.
I think the build may be picking up the map files from HEAD.
