The window manager is metacity.  No,
nobody  is using the machine when the build is running and  the
machine doesn't run VNC.  

If you'd like, we can rerun the tests
and you can watch at them as they run to try to determine the problem.

This test failure would occur because the dialog opened in this test is
not on 
top.  What window manager does the test machine use?  Is anyone
using the 
machine (clicking or typing) while the build is running?  Does the
machine
