Re: [platform-releng-dev] releasing to HEAD for 3.0.1 and 3.1

Our releases have been changes for 3.1. Unless the proposed change is
bigger than we understand, 3.1 isn't going to be developed in a branch.
Any bugs that we want to fix for 3.0.1 can be put in a branch when the
time comes.
I get the feeling that I'm missing something, because I (we) still don't
understand the problem with releasing 3.1 changes to HEAD now.
