This is the list of bugs I have patches for (and would
like to see fixed for RC4):

#65992: [Progress] Rescheduled jobs are not shown
in the progress view
#63634: [Progress] SWTException in NewProgressViewer#getSelection
#67574: [Progress] KEEPONE doesn't remove duplicate
jobs from the progress view

partial fix (would be good enough for 3.0):
#62995: [Progress] scheduled synchronizations stay
in the progress view when terminated
