[platform-releng-dev] updated build schedule for 3.0 RC4

The 3.0 RC4  build schedule will commence with a build at 8pm tonight.

Subsequent bulds will only run if map files are updated and are tentatively scheduled as follows:

Tuesday June 22 at 8am and 12pm
Wednesday June 23 at 12pm
Thursday June 24 at 12pm

Friday June 30 at 00:10am is the 3.0 RC4 Final candidate build.
