I tried rerunning the tests a few times
on the test machine and could not reproduce the test failures.  We
will be promoting this build shortly to 3.0RC3.

Could someone from the UI or Intro team please comment on the large number
of  test failures in org.eclipse.ui.tests_winxp
tests. 
 We cannot promote the build to 3.0 RC3 until the test failures are explained.

If required, the next build starts at 8am.
