NO GO from PDE.

The following bugs are a must for RC3.  We'll submit fixes in one of the
builds later day.

I have not had a chance to verify this bug on Mac on the RC3 candidate yet.

This bug is really a Platform/Intro bug, but the code is in PDE/UI and has
not been submitted yet.  The fix is in and will be released later today as
well.
