yes, please hold off on updating map
files for doc changes unless there are critical fixes required to declare
RC3.

There will be a 4pm build today to accommodate additional RC3 fixes.  
 All teams are requested to provide status on this build.

In the case of a no-go, additional builds will be scheduled at these times
for critical fixes only, if map files are updated.

Friday June 18:  8pm 
Saturday June 19:  00:10 am, 8 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, 8 pm
Sunday June 20:  00:10 am, 8 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, 8 pm
