The Update/Install team will be contributing fixes for the following :

66280	CheckboxTree viewer on install wizard shows invalid state
66760	target sites prefixed by /
66801	"Reconciling" an installation with multiple versions of the automatically started plugins fails
66807	When installing an update of a feature, the targets location should match that of old feature.
67163	Enable missing F1 help in update UI
