The test repo has been cleaned up and
I've implemented a script to notify us when the disk utilization reaches
certain threshold to avoid this problem in the future.

There have been no changes in Team/CVS since RC1. I suspect the Team/CVS
failures are due to the RelEng test repository being full. Could someone
on the releng team empty the test repository (rm -rf test* will remove
most of the test projects).
