Platform UI is NO GO on I200405281200.  We are not happy with this build for 
testing.  We know of two bugs:
+ Bug 64118.  [R21PRES] Some views are not respecting their bounds in 2.1 
Presentation
+ Bug 64554.  drag maximized Problems folder to right of editor area failed


We would also like to see a fix for a bug in SWT.  It is a regression caused 
by the fix for Bug 17346 (Missing busy cursor in Search dialog under GTK).
