Yes it is coming from the org.eclipse.perfmsr.core
plugin. This is a plugin that takes performance snapshots as a part of
running junit tests. I think the test runner is asking to upload some performance
measurements, but no measurements exist.

I'll look into changing this, so it
doesn't throw an exception.

No idea why a test failed in org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model since JDT/Core
didn't submit any code for that build. 

We will wait till tomorrow's morning build to see if this test is still
failing. 

I also noticed some weird messages in the console:

I could find more than one message like this one: 

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\timer.xml
(The system cannot find the file specified) 

Someone has any idea from there this is coming from?
