[platform-releng-dev] Intro out of sync

We have just noticed that Intro plug-in, platform, JDT and PDE are out of
sync in the yesterday's build. As a result, some pages are empty.

We versioned and released everything. As far as Intro is concerned, the
build is broken but we are OK if you wait until Monday warmup build (code
in HEAD is all good).
