I have also released changes to fix
this problem for CVS (and tagged the map file). For those stuck with outgoing
change they want to relase, I have attached the jar file for the org.eclipse.team.ui
plugin that contains a fix for the problem.

Commit broken in Build I20040511 |

The CVS Commit operation is broken in today's integration build due to
changes in unspecified behavior of the JFace image registry (see bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=61697).
UI has agreed to revert to the previous behavior and will request a rebuild
when ready.
