Hi,

I don't know why the compile errors in the Carbon UI enhancer 
fragment (org.eclipse.ui.carbon) occured. I haven't touched it for 
months.
From the missing includes I suspect that it was compiled in a non 
Mac-build, where the internal SWT packages are not available.
