The error in the refactoring tests is due to an NPE in ANT's
PartiallySynchronizedDocument (filed bug 58426).
It only occurs when doing a rename refactoring with qualified name
updating in "*.xml" files enabled.
Since this is a minor local problem, jdt-ui is not requesting a rebuild.
