Everyone, 

The RelEng tool version 3.0.3 has some incompatibilities with this weeks
integration builds. It still works but errors are logged. A new version
of the tool will be released shortly by the RelEng team (once M8 settles).
Until then, I have attached a copy for those who can't wait to try it.
It has a new and improved Release wizard that allows selection of projects
by map, comparison with previous release, etc.
