[platform-releng-dev] Build contributions

We are making build contributions for small and surgical fixes in the
following areas:

1) Cheatsheets - making the current item bold (leftover from moving to
Eclipse Forms)
2) Intro - fixing the annoying problem with history when navigating into
external sites
3) Eclipse Forms - fixing the scrolling problem when focus is transferred
to the widget currently not visible on the form
