[platform-releng-dev] Various map files updated 


I have versioned and updated the maps of a number of projects:

org.eclipse.pde
org.eclipse.pde.ui
org.eclipse.jdt
org.eclipse.platform
org.eclipse.ui.intro

All the changes are related to the migration of the new Welcome to HEAD. We
are ready for a build but don't need one (but if others need a rebuild, we
are game :-).
