The PDE Build team (ie. the Core team) did contribute to the 2.1.3 build.
Although their plug-in is included in the PDE feature, the GO/NO GO status
is not declared by the PDE team but by the Core team.
As such, we are still abstaining from voting, unless other teams would like
us to verify that their contribution did not break PDE/UI.

A diff between the version of org.eclipse.releng used to build the 2.1.2
release and the current R2_1_maintenance stream does show that PDE has
contributed to the 2.1.3 builds. Please send in your status on either last
week's 2.13RC2 build or today's 2.1.3RC3 build when it becomes available.

PDE did not make any contributions to the 2.1.3 stream.
If any of the other teams has submitted fixes that affect PDE and requires
a verification, let us know.
