I posted this too soon.  I just spoke with Sonia, and since this isn't a
problem that prevents testing of the RC2 build, there won't be a rebuild
until next week's scheduled Wednesday build.

(sorry if you get this twice, but I think I sent the first one to the wrong
address)

SWT requests a rebuild of the 2.1.3RC2 build from this afternoon, in order
to address https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=53570 .  The
project is tagged and the map file is updated, so it will be ready for the
rebuild whenever it's run.
