[platform-releng-dev] build problems

The nightly build did not complete last night because of problems with an internal server. We are investigating the issue with our IT services team.

The integration build was stalled this morning because of a problem generating javadoc which we are investigating. This build is now proceeding. However, we'll be running another Integration build this morning to address the javadoc issue as well as incorporate a fix from SWT.
