Hey everyone,

It has been long due for Eclipse PMC to come up with guidelines on minimum Java requirements for Eclipse TLP projects.

The guidelines as agreed on by the PMC are available at https://github.com/eclipse-platform/.github/wiki/Minimum-Java-Requirement .

If you have any questions or want to further enhance/clarify it please open the issue at https://github.com/eclipse-platform/.github/issues and it will be discussed at one of the next PMC meetings.
