I am not exactly sure what you need, but ... it it probably the worst time to ask, or at least to get much concrete help.  

The reason is there are a number of changes going on, so information, details, and the experts involved are all rapidly changing all at once from several angles.

If you are willing to dig through it all ...  

One place to look at how its been done in the past, and currently, is the "platform releng" wiki, at

But everyone hopes "the future" is the CBI, where you can find pointers to information at
