During a step/resume operation a selection changed event is sent with
nothing selected.    This causes flashing for views that rely on selection
events to determine what to display.

Would it be possible for the debug view to move the selection from the
stackframe that was selected when the thread was suspended, to either the
thread or even the debug target that was resumed?
