[platform-ant-dev] New output folders for the lib support source

Just an FYI here as the change should require no work on the readers part (famous last words :-) )

In the org.eclipse.ant.core and org.eclipse.ant.ui plugins, the source folders for the support libraries are now set to have separate output folders.
This allows us to make use of a GREAT new PDE feature that allows the setting of which output folders are included in the run-time workbench launch configuration classpath.
With the source folders for the library source using separate output folders we are able to remove the "workaround" in the AntClassloader that enabled the Ant committers to self host more easily.
